Why is RISEN introducing a membership?

RISEN has grown significantly, and we want to remain a relationship-centered practice rather than becoming a larger, higher-volume clinic. The RISEN Membership lets us provide better access, more support between visits, and more personalized care while intentionally limiting the size of our active patient panel.
Are Office Visit Prices Increasing?

No. Our current office visit fees are not changing. The membership fee is separate from office visit costs and supports the additional services and access available between appointments.
Why is there a membership fee if I still pay for office visits?

Office visits are only one part of the care we provide. Membership supports services beyond scheduled appointments, including care coordination, portal communication, prescription management, educational resources, and weekly acute availability.
What is included in the RISEN Membership?

Membership includes:
Weekly availability for acute visits
Portal access for brief questions related to your care plan
Routine prescription refills and pharmacy coordination for non-controlled medications
Care coordination related to your treatment plan
Member health education and resources
Selected educational sessions from our medical and behavioral health team
